Hello, Heartbeats! Few combinations of tarot cards could depict the end of August so well. The main bringer of (spoiler alert!) good omens is The Herbcrafter’s Tarot, supported by two lovely oracle card decks, Divine Abundance and Moonology β all the details included at the end of this post. Get ready to wish this week lasted longer. π
I look at these cards, I look outside, and the lazy late summer vibes are intoxicating. There is a sense of harmony and completion in the air… and in the cards. Whether it’s about the summer, the harvest, or personal matters, we start the week with a feeling of wholeness. Everything is ripe, and we have a relatively short time to enjoy the bountifulness.
Moreover, we are called to celebrate abundance together, as a basis of communal stability. True abundance is shared β this is one of the its defining properties. Also, abundance is both a blessing and a responsibility. Celebrating abundance may very well include work and effort β coming together to pick fruit, gather crops, can, or make wine, for example. I personally miss that kind of experience. π ππ½π
The main energy of this week is one of satisfied needs, a suspension in wellness. It’s not a permanent state, but for a few days, the weather, the late summer fruits and vegetables, the fact that there are still four whole months until the end of this year, will bring calm and peace on a deeper level. Even if you are in the Southern Hemisphere, there is satisfaction in winter coming to an end.
With the Six of Water/Cups as the developing energy, the transition to a more practical and cerebral time doesn’t seem to be sudden, because it is a card of nostalgia, a feeling that does not usually manifest in alert, active periods.
The Full Moon in Pisces card reminds us that we’ve just had a full moon in Aquarius last weekend, so the next one will be in Pisces. I might even dare say that the energies described in this reading may reverberate well into September. The Full Moon in Pisces speaks of abandonment of self into the deep waters of spirituality, but the moon’s phases change quickly, so be aware and prepared that practicality will eventually be needed. For now, you can indulge a little in the late August haze. ππ¦π
The Trust card reassures us that higher assistance is always available to us, and that our faith in its benevolence ensures that everything will be taken care of. So, give yourself the joy of being part of a community by sharing your presence and abundance, while the dreamy change of seasons unfolds.
And remember the words on the Trust card, repeating them from time to time as a short prayer:
Allow me, Divine, to give You my deepest longings, trusting You to know exactly how to handle them.
Take that pressure off your shoulders for now, it’s time you basked in the sun for a while!
