Start Your Day Smiling

As soon as you wake up, before you get out of bed, before you think of the day’s tasks, smile.

Don’t wait for smiles to just happen or be inspired by external factors. We, too often, leave our happiness to chance or at the mercy of other people’s whims, without taking responsibility for it.

Embrace your power to decide that you are going to have a lovely day, before it officially begins. A deliberate smile in the morning will set the tone for the rest of the day.

It’s all about reminding yourself and making a statement to your subconscious: I want to feel good today!
